Bruno Mascello worked as attorney in a law firm in Zurich focussing on corporate, commercial and business law, before he accepted a role as in-house counsel in the group-wide legal function of an international financial services group. Among other responsibilities, he was the accountable legal lead for the group-wide procurement and outsourcing contracts; as well as for all matters in connection with Procurement, Information Technology (IT), Intellectual Property (IP), Human Resources (HR; employment law) and Communication/Public Relations.

Today his preferred focus of legal advice is in the areas of general business and commercial law with a special eye on contract law.

His approach is to deliver convincing guidance in the framing of legal issues and possible solutions considering international and intercultural perspectives. Possessing broad international experience, he is recognized for providing effective legal solutions for clients in many geographic locations.
